These Terms & Conditions apply to all services performed by GleeWork LLC and are accepted upon approval of any estimate, proposal, or invoice.

1. Scope of Work

All work will be completed as outlined in the approved estimate or project summary. Any additional work, changes, or unforeseen conditions may result in a change order and additional cost.

2. Payment Terms

A deposit may be required prior to scheduling.
Remaining balance is due upon receipt of project completion unless otherwise stated.
A late fee of 5% of the total invoice will be applied to any unpaid balance after 30 days.
Late fees may continue to accrue on outstanding balances.

3. Warranty Policy

Sod, Seed, and Plantings Warranty

GleeWork provides a growth warranty on sod, seed, and plant installations when proper conditions are maintained.
\nPlantings include a 1-year guarantee (new installations only).

Watering Requirements

GleeWork may install temporary watering systems (hoses, timers, sprinklers) to assist with establishment.
GleeWork is not responsible for inadequate water pressure or water supply issues.
If proper watering cannot be maintained due to these conditions, the warranty is void.
The client is ultimately responsible for ensuring adequate and consistent watering.

Warranty Service

If warranty work is required, GleeWork will return to reseed and apply straw as needed.
\nReplacement watering systems (hoses, timers, sprinklers) are not included in warranty visits.

4. Property Access & Jobsite Conditions

The client agrees to provide clear and reasonable access to the work area.
GleeWork may leave tools, equipment, and materials on-site during the duration of the project for efficiency and scheduling purposes.
GleeWork is not responsible for injuries to the client, guests, or third parties before, during, or after the project related to jobsite conditions, materials, or equipment.

5. Utilities & Site Conditions

GleeWork will take reasonable precautions when working around utilities.
The client is responsible for disclosing any known underground hazards or unmarked utilities.
GleeWork is not liable for damage to unmarked or improperly identified utilities.

6. Materials

The client is responsible for the cost of all materials unless otherwise specified.
Material availability, color variation, and natural product differences may vary and are not considered defects.

7. Weather & Scheduling

Project timelines are subject to weather conditions and unforeseen delays.
GleeWork will communicate any scheduling changes as needed.

8. No Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable.
Payments made cover labor, scheduling, and material allocation.

9. Dispute Resolution

Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through direct communication first.
If resolution cannot be reached, further action may be pursued in accordance with local laws.

10. Acceptance of Terms

Approval of any estimate, invoice, or project authorizes GleeWork to perform the work and confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
