Grade First
Every landscaping project starts with proper drainage grade. A beautiful yard that drains toward your foundation or pools in low spots will be an expensive problem within a season or two.
Material Matters
We use quality weed barrier, metal or aluminum bed edging (not plastic), and correctly-depth mulch or rock. Cheap materials make beds look bad within one season and require constant maintenance.
Long-Term Thinking
We build beds and drainage systems that look good for years, not just the first week. That means proper sub-preparation most homeowners and low-bid contractors skip entirely.

Mulch & Decorative Rock
Double-shredded hardwood mulch, river rock, limestone gravel, lava rock — we install whatever fits your property's aesthetic. Proper depth (2–3" for mulch, 2–4" for rock) keeps beds looking sharp and functioning correctly for years.
Sod & Seed Installation
New lawn? We grade the area, amend soil as needed, and install sod or seed based on your goals and budget. Sod gives you instant results; seed is more economical for large areas. We advise the right choice for your specific situation.
French Drains & Drainage
Standing water, soggy yards, and water intrusion near foundations are drainage problems — not lawn problems. We install French drains, channel drains, and corrugated pipe systems to route water away from structures and low spots.
Full Yard Grading
Grade is the foundation of a healthy yard. A yard that drains toward the house, pools in low spots, or has eroded areas after rain needs re-grading. We use a skidsteer and box blade to establish correct positive drainage across the entire property.
