Note: Wood requires staining or sealing every 3–5 years to prevent weathering and rot. Post rot is the #1 failure point — we always use pressure-treated lumber below grade and set every post in concrete.
Chain-Link Fence
$15–$30 / lin ftThe most durable and lowest-maintenance fencing option available. Chain-link is ideal for large perimeters, rural properties, pet containment, and anywhere long-term practicality outweighs aesthetics. We install galvanized and vinyl-coated options.
Note: Chain-link provides security and boundary definition but no privacy. Privacy slats can be added to any chain-link installation for partial screening if desired.
Ornamental Metal Fence
$40–$80 / lin ftAluminum and steel ornamental fencing is the upscale option — elegant, maintenance-free, and extremely durable. It's the go-to choice for front yards, pool enclosures, and properties where curb appeal is a priority. Powder-coated finishes are available in multiple colors.
Note: Ornamental fencing does not provide privacy — it's an open-style fence. It's the highest-cost option upfront but lowest total cost of ownership over time.
Vinyl Fence

Free On-Site Estimate
We come to your property in Crossville, Cookeville, Sparta, or anywhere in Cumberland, Putnam, or White County. We walk the fence line, measure the full perimeter, note grade changes, and check for underground utilities before giving you a quote. No guessing from photos or square footage alone.
Layout & Line Marking
Before the first post is dug, we mark the fence line and locate corner and end post positions. On properties near easements or property lines, we verify pin locations. Getting the layout right upfront prevents costly corrections later.
Post Hole Digging
Post holes are dug to the correct depth for your fence height and soil type — at minimum 2 feet, and up to one-third the total post length for taller fences. In rocky Middle Tennessee terrain, we have the equipment to handle it.
Setting Posts in Concrete
Every post is set in concrete — no exceptions. We plumb each post individually, brace it while the concrete sets, and allow adequate cure time before attaching fence panels or rails. Skipping this step is why most fences fail early.
Panel & Rail Installation
Fence panels, boards, or rails are attached to the set posts with proper spacing and alignment. On sloped terrain, we rack or step the fence in sections based on the fence style. Every section is checked for level and consistent height.
Gate Installation
Gates are built with proper framing and diagonal bracing to prevent sag over time. Hardware is set for correct swing, latch alignment, and long-term operation. Double gates get a center drop rod for stability when both sides are open.
Final Walkthrough with You
We walk the entire fence line with you before we pack up. Gates are tested, alignment is checked, and anything that needs adjusting gets done on the spot. We don't leave until you're satisfied with the finished product.
